The Venus Natural's soundboard is crafted of Solid Engelmann Spruce which has a protective lacquer to ensure a lasting lustre. The back and sides retain a simpler, satin finish. This lets the Solid Mahogany resonate freely, creating a natural, pure tone.
The Venus shape has been a favourite since its launch back in 2001, giving a great tonal performance yet remaining manageable and comfortable for those long, marathon sessions. This FV Electro model features Shadow's acclaimed NanoFlex pickup technology plus the Shadow SH863 premap system
