Normal Tension strings comprise of 3 clear nylon treble strings and 3 silver plated copper wire that is wrapped around a nylon core wire. These strings give a warm, long lasting tone.

The D'Addario Pro Arte strings have a strict quality control. The treble strings are measured over 200 times by a computer controlled laser and the bass strings are wound using advanced computer controlled processes making these sets the most consistent available.
