What Strings Do I Need?

String Order
e = thinnest string (bottom string when in playing position)
B = 2nd string
G = 3rd string
D = 4th string 
A = 5th string
E = thickest string (top string when in playing position)

Nylon Acoustic/Classical Guitar
If your guitar has three plastic, and three metal wound strings, it is a classical guitar and requires nylon strings. Simply select the correct string name from any of our single classical guitar strings to get the right string for the job.

These are tie on classical strings and come without balls

Steel Strung Acoustic Guitar
The thinnest e and the B strings are plain steel, the rest of the strings are bronze wound.

Electric Guitar
